Isaiah 57 -19
19 – “I create the fruit of the lips:
Peace, peace to him who is far off and to him who is near,”
Says the LORD, “and I will heal him.”
Proverbs 10:11 – The mouth of the righteous is a well of life, but violence covers the mouth of the wicked.
Proverbs 16:24 – Pleasant words are like a honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and health to the bones.
Proverbs 18:20-21 – A man’s stomach shall be satisfied from the fruit of his mouth; from the produce of his lips he shall be filled. Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit.
Proverbs 21: 23 – Whoever guards his mouth and tongue keeps his soul from troubles.
Joshua 1:8 – This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.
Hebrews 13: 15, 16
15 – Therefore by Him let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name.
16 – But do not forget to do good and to share, for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.
God wants us to illuminate His will, which is His word and by doing so from our hearts, in-turn we will receive our blessings from Heaven…
One great habit to get into in the morning, before getting out of bed, is to say, “Hello God. I love you. Thank you for another day.” This will give you a great jump start for the day ahead. I also try to enforce these proverbs every day…to think before I speak. You will be amazed at how it will affect every aspect of your life.
Psalm 37:5 – Commit your way to the LORD, Trust also in Him, and He shall bring it to pass.
